Thursday’s Board of Selectmen featured a dispute dubbed Osprey vs Osprey, referring to the name of the boat owned by Charles Zoubek, and the Osprey nest the Greenwich Harbor Master says he’ll disturb. The Board of Selectmen approved a one-week partial intersection closure at Lexington and Mason Street, to Putnam Ave. Engineers from the Dept of Public Works said construction start time hinges on moving a gas line.
