“Adequate sleep for students is a MUST HAVE. California passed a statewide act to mandate 8:30am start times as a necessary public health measure. It did so because it could not trust high schools to voluntarily do the right thing. New York state recently passed the same law, which will go into effect next year. Greenwich to Celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride 2025 on Sunday, June 1 at Town Hall

On June 1, starting at 1:00 pm, elected officials, and both religious and community leaders will gather with LGBTQ+ leaders and residents, families and allies to honor the kickoff to Pride Month with a formal program and Pride flag raising.  Following the ceremony there will be a free ice cream truck, DJ, dance party, games and community tables in the field adjacent to Town Hall.
