According to Loopnet the building is 151,950 square feet and was built in 1988.
Currently retail tenants include Sweaty Betty, Fjällräven Greenwich outdoor clothing and equipment shop, and Saks Fifth Avenue The Vault, and Vilebrequin, a swimwear store.
