Greenwich Tax Collector Heather Smeriglio has announced that tax bills are scheduled to be mailed on Monday June 21.
At that time bills may be viewed and paid at the Tax Collector’s webpage on www.greenwichct.org
The first installment of the 2020 Grand List for Real Estate is due on July 1, and will be considered delinquent after August 2.
All personal property and motor vehicle taxes are due in full on July 1, and also will be considered delinquent after August 2, 2021.
If your bank is escrowing your real estate taxes, you will not receive a tax bill.
The Tax Collector’s office is open to the public to pay in person 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Bill payments may be mailed to PO Box 3002 Greenwich, CT 06836-3002 or paid via the online system at www.greenwichct.org
