Greenwich Property Owners Association to Host 2018 POCD Workshop on Nov 14

The Greenwich Property Owners Association (GPOA) was established by Greenwich residents. We are your neighbors, business and property owners with an interest in protecting our Town’s property values. The goal is the preservation of Greenwich Property Values through reasonable, intelligent and appropriate land use.

The Greenwich Property Owners Association is a non profit group organized to develop awareness and take action on decisions being made at Town Hall which effect businesses, residential and commercial  properties.

The 2018 Greenwich Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) is under way. The POCD is a master plan and will influence all town decisions regarding land and property and buildings for the next ten years! (Section 8-23 of the CT General Statute – requires each municipality prepare, amend and adopt a Plan of Conservation and Development).

In Greenwich, property taxes are up but property values are down.

What Can We Do About It?

Come find out at the GPOA November POCD Workshop, Tuesday, November 14, 8:00am at the Greenwich Water Club, Clubhouse 2nd floor, 49 River Road Cos Cob
