Every Election Counts: League of Women Voters Greenwich Announces Slate of Activities to “Get Out The Vote” for November’s Municipal Elections

Municipal Election Day in Greenwich is Tuesday, November 4th. This year, the League of Women Voters of Greenwich is pleased to announce a number of activities to support broad community participation in our town’s Municipal Elections. “This year our focus is on increasing the number of voters going to the polls for the municipal election, which has historically had low voter turnout,” said Cathy Steel, Vice President of Voter Services for League of Women Voters Greenwich. “Local elections determine how tax dollars are spent – every vote counts.”
