Luke Meyers Beach Clean Up Draws Hundreds to Tod’s Point

On Saturday there was an enormous turnout to support the Luke Meyers beach cleanup at Tod’s Point.

Luke, 15, is a Greenwich High School student who is passionate about the environment.

Hundreds of people participated in the clean up, in virtually every nook and cranny of the park, armed with buckets and gloves, collecting trash. Handmade posters welcomed volunteers and participants wore t-shirts that said “Live Like Luke.”

It was fantastic to see the community rally together to support Luke.
