Over one hundred Girl Scouts from various elementary and middle schools took part in the Greenwich Girl Scouts Bridging Ceremony last week.

Opening remarks were delivered by Karen Hasterok, who is the Greenwich Girl Scouts Service Unit Volunteer. Daisies, Brownies, Juniors and Cadettes crossed the bridge and advanced to a new level of Girl Scouting.

Girl Scouts are able to bridge once they have shared what they have learned with younger girls and learned about what Girl Scouts do in the next level. The ceremony was conducted at the First Congregational Church of Greenwich. More information about Greenwich Girl Scouts can be found here.
