A single family house on Byram Road has been noticed for demolition with the Town of Greenwich building department.
The house at 135 Byram Road was recently more visible after overgrown landscaping was removed. It dates back to 1914 and is in the R6 zone. The property is .15 acres on a corner lot.
The property sold from the Estate of Joseph Patrick Ward Jr to Marco Hernandez on May 10, 2025 for $795,000.

Any objection to the demolition filed in writing with the DPW Division of Buildings within 45 days will double the demolition waiting period for established by Town ordinance to 90 days.
The initial 45-day waiting period started on June 25 and ends on Aug 8, 2026. The first day the permit will be eligible for issuance is Aug 9, 2026.
