Notice has been given that William and Victoria Frank filed an application with the Dept of Public Works Division of Buildings for a permit to demolish the house at 39 Brookridge Drive, which is listed as a 4,839 sq ft single family house built in 1908.

According to the Assessor’s office at Greenwich Town Hall, the property sold from Frank and Victoria Williams to Jason Ritzzo REI – Greenwich 2 LLC (registered to Jason Ritzzo) on April 9, 2026 for $4,500,000.

According to the permit paperwork submitted on June 11 to the building department at Greenwich Town Hall, the permittee is Complete Dismantling and the owners are William and Victoria Frank.

The start of the mandatory 45 day wait was June 12 and ends on July 26, 2026.

First date permit is eligible for issuance is July 27, 2026.

Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will double the demolition waiting period established by Town ordinance to 90 days.

The property is currently advertised for sale with renderings of a 18,370 sq ft “exceptional 2027 new construction” with a white brick facade, pool, tennis court, barn, basketball court and golf simulator.
