Byram Woman Charged with Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance

Greenwich Police arrested a woman in Byram on Feb 6, 2026 after several units responded to 60 Church Street West on a report of a possible physical altercation between a couple. Investigation revealed that the couple engaged in a heated verbal discussion that did not turn physical. While on scene, police determined that the arrestee, Morgan F Eaton, 33, was in possession of a white powdery substance along with a tightly rolled dollar bill that had a white powdery substance that later tested and yielded a presumptive positive for the presence of cocaine.

She was charged with Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense.

Ms Eaton was able to post the required 7% of her $5,000 bond ($350) and was released from Greenwich Police custody. She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 21, 2025.

According to the Judicial Branch Website Eaton pled guilty on April 6 to Possession Controlled substance 1st offense for the Feb 6 incident and Failure to Appear 2nd degree for an incident on Oct 8, 2025. She was committed to the Dept of Corrections, execution suspended, probation ordered.
