Greenwich Police arrested a Milford man around noon on Oct 29 following a report of an “out of control” patron at Perrot Memorial Library in Old Greenwich.
Police said they identified the man as Lawrence Edward Crook, 43, and determined he had an active warrant out of CT State Police Troop G stemming from an incident back when Mr. Crook was arrested back in February and failed to appear in court in July 2026.
He was arrested and charged with Failure to Appear 2nd degree.
Crook’s bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned the next available court date in Bridgeport on Oct 30, 2026.
