Greenwich Police Make Narcotics Arrest in Byram

Greenwich Police arrested a man on April 2 after responding to a residence to execute a residential Search & Seizure warrant and arrest the suspect by warrant.

The arrest report said the incident on West Church Street stemmed back to the evening of March 25, 2026 and that warrants were issued following a narcotics sales investigation involving a part time resident of the location.

They located the suspect, Hubert Hall, 49, and arrested him without incident. The search of the residence was then conducted. A second suspect was located who had a separate arrest warrant and was also arrested.

Mr. Hall was charged with Sale of Narcotics and Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell. He was unable to post his court set $200,000 bond and was assigned an appearance at Stamford Superior Court on April 17, 2026.

Police said their investigation is ongoing.

According to the CT Judicial Branch website, Mr. Hall was previously charged by Greenwich Police with Assault 3 and Disorderly Conduct in Greenwich on Feb 15, 2026 and is next due in court on May 6, 2026.
