A proposal from “Hawthorne Weaver Investors, LLC,” a domestic Limited Liability Company out of Chappaqua, NY, sought to subdivide property at 64 Hawthorne Street North in Glenville got the thumbs down on Tuesday night.  According to the Secretary of State’s online records Joseph Tavolacci is listed as Manager and David Sacarny listed as Managing Member of Hawthorne Weaver Investors.

The proposal, which would subdivide a 29,253 sq ft lot into three lots (7,804 sq ft, 7,506 sq ft and 7,520 sq ft) with a proposed open space area of 1,982 sq ft on a lot that is .6715 of an acre, met with the Planning & Zoning commission’s disapproval on the grounds that there is insufficient land to accommodate the proposed design.

The applicant’s next step is to get on a Zoning Board of Appeals agenda.
