Returning to Greenwich and Better Than Ever: Firenze Hosts Kickoff for Greenwich Hospital’s Taste the Towns

Firenze Restaurant was the place to be on Monday afternoon as participating chefs, the planning committee and supporters gathered to discuss their upcoming benefit.

The tantalizing event, “Taste the Towns” (formerly known as Great Chefs) will be Friday, March 4 at the Stanwich Club in Greenwich. They invite all to come “Sip, Savor and Support” during the event, which benefits Community Health at Greenwich Hospital.

The President of Greenwich Hospital, Norman Roth warmly welcomed the crowd and mentioned ”the event is to honor the well-being of our community.” The chair of the event, Geri Corrigan, was beaming with anticipation and excitement as she thanked all for their dedication and time.

On behalf of Greenwich Hospital, Kathy Carley-Spanier explained, “So many essential programs, including CPR training, free prostate and mammogram screenings will gain much needed assistance.”

“Taste The Towns” promises an abundance of flavors and gourmet specialties sure to please every palate. The fabulous food will be paired with creative drinks and fine wines from local distributors. DJ Flip will be on site to encourage all to dance the night away, and an exciting array of auction packages will please the guests.
