After New York Outlaws Sales of Puppies in Retail Stores, Greenwich P&Z Comfortable Town Regs Do Likewise

A law that went into effect in New York on Dec 15, 2024, “New York State Puppy Mill Pipeline Law,” is designed to stop the flow of cruelly bred puppies to pet stores in that state.
