Something Natural, the iconic Nantucket sandwich shop and bakery had its soft opening in Greenwich on Friday. The charming new eatery is a freshly renovated historic carriage house located behind Saks. The store is being brought to Greenwich by a group of local operators who are collaborating with Matt Fee and crew from Something Natural Nantucket. When asked about the motivation behind the choice of their new Greenwich outpost owner Matt Fee said, “I can’t imagine a better off island location.
