Storm Hub: Police & Fire Depts Respond to Hundreds of Calls For Service

As of 4:00pm Sunday, 45 roads remained obstructed by trees, limbs and utility wires. During the height of the storm on Friday, Greenwich Police responded to 450 calls for service. The Fire Dept responded to 184 incidents from 8:00am Friday to 5:00pm on Sunday. There were two major structure fires and a fatal motor vehicle accident on the Merritt Parkway, which involved extrication resulting from a tree falling on a car. Continue Reading →
