The “Light up Greenwich” effort, which is being run through the non-profit Greenwich Green & Clean, has begun to illuminate Greenwich Avenue. The trees at the top of the Ave have been twinkling since the weekend. As soon as Eversource coordinates the electricity for the poles, the remainder of the Ave will be just as bright.
