A proposal from John Fareri to develop 581 West Putnam Ave (abandoned CT Art Institute) and 585 West Putnam Ave (an office building) on one side of Putnam Ave, and add a building at 600 West Putnam Ave – all with moderate income housing under regulation 6-110 went before the P&Z commission on Tuesday night.
