Greenwich Police arrested a White Plains man by warrant last week following a lengthy financial crime investigation stemming back to Sept 25, 2021.

According to Greenwich Police Lt Ted Latiak, bac in 2021 officers began an investigation into suspicious activity at several retailers in the area of Greenwich Avenue.
The investigation stemmed from an incident in September and a second in October when several subjects, who appeared to be working together, made purchases totaling approximately $6,700 with stolen credit cards.
Investigators later identified one of the suspects as Randolph Justice Davis, 27, and completed an arrest warrant. Davis was later extradited from a NY Corrections Facility where he was being held on similar charges.
Greenwich Police charged Mr. Davis with two counts each of: Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 3, Larceny 3, Conspiracy to Commit / Receipt from Illegal Use of Credit Card, Receipt from Illegal use of Credit Card, Conspiracy to Commit Identity Theft 3, Identity Theft 3, Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Impersonation and Criminal Impersonation.
His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of August 16, 2023 at the Stamford Superior Court.
