The Greenwich Police Department is currently experiencing a disruption affecting its administrative telephone lines. At this time, incoming calls from outside lines are not being received, and outgoing calls cannot be placed from administrative phone lines.
Emergency 9-1-1 service is functioning normally and has not been affected.
Residents are reminded to call 9-1-1 only for emergencies. Please do not call 9-1-1 to test whether the system is working, as doing so may interfere with emergency communications for those in need of immediate assistance.
The department is actively working with the appropriate service providers to restore administrative phone service as quickly as possible.
