The Greenwich Fire Dept held a swearing in ceremony on Thursday for five new members. Fire Chief Joseph McHugh introduced the men and First Selectman Fred Camillo, who serves as fire commissioner, swore in each new member.
Assistant Fire Chiefs Tom Lenart, Keith Millette, Shawn Morris, Erik Maziarz and Matt Brooks; and Deputy Chief of Training Ryan Brainerd.
After the honor guard presented the colors, the the pledge of allegiance, Chief McHugh welcomed the gathering.

The new members are:
Joshua Carden – was previously with South Fulton Fire Dept in Georgia
Brinton Beard – was previously with Sedalia Fire Dept in Missouri.
Ethan McAllister previously was employed by Glynn County Fire Rescue in Georgia
Brandon Wood – previously worked for a private manufacturing company and as Wildland Firefighter on CT Interstate Fire Crew
Kevin Bonkoski – previously worked as a firefighter with the Dept of Veterans Affairs and Firefighter with the Grand Central Fire Brigade
