On Monday around 1:30pm Greenwich Police responded to a home on Riversville Rd in Glenville on a report of a dispute between a homeowner and a contractor.
Upon further investigation and witness accounts, the contractor, Hernan Antonio Elvir-Montoya, 28, of Lake Ave in Yonkers, NY was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
He was able tot post his bond of $50 and was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 29, 2018.
