On Feb 20 around 7:15am, Greenwich Police responded to a residence in Byram on a report of a subject having kicked down a door in a residence during an argument.
The offender admitted to punching a bathroom door several times, breaking the top half of the hollow core door following an argument.
The offender and victim then began to push each other back and forth and the offender ripped the victim’s sweater and pushed the victim to the ground.
The broken door was determined not to belong to either the victim or the offender.
Patrycja M Juszczyk, 28, of Vinci Drive in Greenwich, and Karol Juszczyk, 22, of Vinci Drive, were each charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief.
Both were assigned a court date on Feb 21, 2019.
