Altercation on Tod’s Driftway Results in Woman’s Arrest

On July 31 at about 3pm Greenwich Police were detailed to Tod’s Driftway on a report of a possible altercation.

Upon arrival Police observed an officer standing next to a woman who seemed to be upset.

Officers separated the man and woman involved in the altercation. After speaking with both parties and two witnesses, it was determined that the woman struck the man, which caused concern and alarm to people in the picnic area. Witnesses subsequently notified police.

The woman, Kayla Luke, 22, of 3801 Conschohocken Ave in Philadelphia, was charged with Breach of Peace 2nd degree and Assault 3rd degree.

Ms Luke was able to post a $500 cash bond and was assigned a court date of August 1 in Stamford Superior Court.
