Charles E Cobb, 19, of 18 Red Top Rd in Greenwich was arrested for an incident stemming back to June 18 on Ridgeview Ave.
On July 31, Cobb appeared at Greenwich Police headquarters to turn himself after learning of an active arrest warrant for a Disorderly Conduct charge for the June 18 incident.
Cobb was able to post his $50 cash bond and released from custody. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Aug 17.
