After 2024 ZBA Approval of “Tortured Lot Line,” Field Point Circle Properties Sell

At a September 2024 Greenwich P&Z commission meeting, a proposed coastal subdivision to transfer land between 0 and 60 Field Point Circle was denied, but in December 2024, the ZBA approved it. Both lots have since sold for a combined total of $125+ Million.
