Over the spring Greenwich Boys and Girls Club members had a chance to try out new sports in a series of popular programs.
Club athletic coordinator Camryn Ferrara said he asked members what sports they might like to try. The result was a series of 9 weeks sessions including rugby, lacrosse, cheerleading, wrestling and rowing.
About 40 kids signed up for cheerleading, and along with Boys & Girls Club staff, the program was led by Greenwich High School coaches and students.
The classes culminated in exhibitions for families.
