P&Z Watch: Chase Bank Submits Pre-Application at Former TD Bank Space at 235 Greenwich Ave

In an application recently filed with Greenwich Planning & Zoning, JPMorgan Chase Bank NA is proposing a new tenancy for the first and part of the second floor of the space previously occupied by TD Bank at 235 Greenwich Avenue. TD Bank moved its branch up the hill to 3 Pickwick Plaza.

The proposed exterior work for the new Chase Bank branch will include new doors, security cameras and lighting on the building, as well as ADA improvements to the exterior parking lot. Interior improvements will include partitions and upgrades to furniture and fixtures.

According to the file at P&Z there would be no expansion into residential space upstairs.

The interior service walk and parking lot would be modified to meet ADA requirements.

This is a pre-application, which has yet to be scheduled for a Planning & Zoning meeting agenda.
