State Senate Candidate 36th District Ryan Fazio has received the endorsement of the Connecticut Realtors.
“On behalf of Connecticut Realtors, which represents over 18,000 members involved in all aspects of real estate in Connecticut, we are pleased to relay our Association has voted to endorse your candidacy for Connecticut’s State Senate District 36,” said Carol Christiansen and James Heckman Esq, President of Connecticut Realtors, in a letter to Mr. Fazio dated Aug 10, 2021.
The letter writers also said, “The association carefully evaluates candidates in determining who may best ensure there is a positive environment for living in or transferring property in Connecticut. Real estate is essential to economic recovery and stability in the state and helps to build communities. Thank you for your commitment to serve, and we wish you all the best in the upcoming election.”
“I am very happy to have the endorsement of the CT Association of Realtors in the Special Election for the 36th Senate District,” Fazio said in an email, adding “The REALTORS are a large, statewide non-partisan group who understand the need for lower taxes, local control, and pro-growth policies in Greenwich, Stamford, New Canaan, and the whole of Connecticut. It is especially important to me to have their support given they also supported a large number of Democratic incumbent candidates in 2020. This is another important non-partisan endorsement on the heels of support announced from the Greenwich Silver Shield Assoc., Stamford Police Assoc., and Unaffiliated Stamford Mayoral candidate Bobby Valentine.”
