Meet Henry, an adoptable mixed-breed dog available from Adopt-A-Dog.
On Tuesday, Henry ventured to Joey B’s in Cos Cob where he met owner Dom Delfino and dozens of guests of the restaurant.
Mr. Delfino donated 20 % of proceeds plus all tips for the event which ran from 4-8pm.
The event kicked off a series of monthly fundraisers to that will run through summer at Joey B’s. The next event is Tuesday June 14, from 4-8pm!

According to events manager Brian Gordiski, the shelter just took in nine hound-mix dogs from Ross County Ohio. Gordiski said that hound dogs are popular for hunting and have become overpopulated, often winding up euthanized in overcrowded municipal shelters. This week, Adopt-A-Dog staff traveled to Ohio to save nine of them.
