Winter Farmers Market at Sam Bridge Opens This Saturday

This Saturday, Jan 20 marks the opening day of the 7th season of the Winter Farmers Market at Sam Bridge.

The market takes place indoors every Saturday (weather permitting) from 9:30am-1:00pm until May 4.

“We host a diverse group of local farmers and artisan vendors from right here in CT and surrounding states,” said Nick Bridge.

The market offers an avenue for sustainable, high quality, and small batch products to our community.

Shoppers can find local produce, meats, fresh seafood, bread, greens, and more.

Come enjoy a hot coffee and a freshly prepared breakfast or lunch inside Sam Bridge’s warm and spacious greenhouses featuring tropical flowers, house plants, and early spring gardening supplies.

Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouses is open year round. In winter, they have fresh herbs available for sale, as well as a huge selection of quality houseplants in all sizes, pottery and seed starting supplies. They also sell local honey, maple syrup and eggs.

Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouses are located at 437 North Street in Greenwich.
