The Friends of the Byram Shubert Library invite everyone to their huge semi-annual Book and Media Sale from Thursday, Nov 1 through Sunday, Nov 4 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 55 William Street West, Byram.
More than 40,000 items – including bestsellers, volumes on gardening, history, art, design, business, and more – are available for purchase at wonderful prices. There is a special room set aside for children’s books.
Thursday evening’s Preview from 5:00 to 8:00pm offers the first chance to choose from the collection. There is a $20 entry fee.
Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00pm has no entry fee and provides a relatively quiet time to browse and make choices. Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm has no entry fee and provides an easy venue for shopping with the whole family.
Sunday’s Bag and Box Sale from noon to 4:00pm allows everyone the chance to fill a couple of bags or a box at significantly reduced prices.
The sale is the Friends only fundraising event, and all the proceeds go to fund the many programs and events supported by the Friends. For more information you can call the library at (203) 531-0426
