Local Chef Karen Sheer Offers “Best of the Mediterranean” Cooking Class at Leicht Greenwich

Local chef Karen Sheer is offering a new cooking class in Greenwich, with the theme “Best of the Mediterranean.” The class will take place on Sunday, March 10, 2024 from 1:00pm to 3:30pm at Leicht Greenwich, 11 E Putnam Ave in Greenwich.

The class is ideal for both foodies and chef. Sheer invites you to explore the exquisite flavors and spices of healthy and classic Mediterranean Cuisine in her educational and tasty cooking class.

Learn to master four mouthwatering dishes that are both nourishing and delicious as Sheer will guide you through all the secrets and techniques.

Mediterranean cuisine offers a delicious blend of fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and health benefits.

Meal prep and time-saving tips will be discussed to make your busy lives easier.

Participants will be preparing and enjoying four authentic recipes from the region with a welcome hors d’oeuvre and wine pairing.
