NOTE: There will be a delayed start for the MuddyUp 5K on Sunday, Oct 2 – Now at 10:00am. As remnants from Hurricane Ian are predicted to reach the area Saturday into early Sunday morning, the MuddyUp 5K registration will now begin at 9:15am with the start time at 10:00am. (Originally check in was to begin at 8:00am and race start at 9:00am).
Organizers will take extra safety measures including an early morning assessment of the trails. If the trails are in good condition, the event will begin at 10:00am. Please look for communications early Sunday morning for any further announcements.
The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich Annual MuddyUp 5k Run & Family Walk, which typically draws over 500 participants, is open to receive participants of all ages (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult) to traverse a 3.1-mile nature course on wooded trails with natural and man-made obstacles and plenty of MUD.
Every dollar raised from the 2022 Muddy Up 5k supports the Club’s after-school programs which provide local families with high quality, safe and affordable after-school care.
