Cos Cob School hosted a head shaving and hair donating event to raise awareness and money for childhood cancer research and the St. Baldrick’s Foundation Thursday night..
This volunteer-driven event was an attempt to show solidarity with the children who lose their hair undergoing treatment.
Highlights included professional barbers from Generations, catering, and a live band.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation event has been an annual Greenwich Public Schools tradition since 2013, spearheaded by Cos Cob Principal Kerry Gavin.
