November 1 happens to be “World Vegan Day,” aiming to celebrate the benefits of veganism, encouraging people to follow the vegan lifestyle, and spreading awareness about veganism.

What better way to learn more about this lifestyle than with a vegan cookbook author who’s passionate about big flavors and simple techniques to make vegan food more accessible, approachable, and delicious to all.

Kaminsky is a Fairfield, CT native who now resides in Texas. She is an accomplished author and food photographer with nine vegan cookbooks under her belt.  She is only 33, but she has been putting out cookbooks since she was 18 years old. Hannah is also the editor of Vegan Journal and the creator and writer of the Bittersweet Blog.

The discussion and live dessert preparation will take place virtually on zoom and is free, but attendees should pre-register for the event here: https://perrotlibrary.org/vegan-cookbook-author-hannah-kaminsky/
