“Improve Your Health and Recover from Holiday Excess” will feature Dr. Katie Takayasu on Thursday, January 4, 10:00 am at Dogwood Books & Gifts, which is located inside Christ Church Greenwich. 254 East Putnam Ave, Greenwich.

Dr. Katie Takayasu is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian, an Integrative Medicine Physician, and author of Plants First: A Physician’s Guide to Wellness Through a Plant Forward Diet.

She bridges the gap between traditional western medicine and evidenced-based complementary health tools of nutrition, acupuncture, meditation, botanicals, and lifestyle optimization.
