    Since 2015, Scott Trungadi has been a beloved assistant principal at Central Middle School where he was the administration designee for Planning and Placement Teams (PPT), the site test coordinator for all standardized assessments, led building level Social Emotional Learning initiatives, and served as the Aspen administrator responsible for building the master schedule for students and teachers.

Race Day Entries Are Accepted for 37th Annual One Mile Swim on Saturday, July 11

On Saturday, July 11, swimmers of all ages and abilities will take to the waters of Long Island Sound for the 37th Annual One Mile Swim at Greenwich Point. Co-hosted by the Greenwich Swim Committee and the YMCA of Greenwich, the longtime community tradition raises funds to support swim lesson scholarships and water safety initiatives that help keep local children safe in and around the water.

YWCA Greenwich Announces Enrollment for the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Preschool Center

YWCA Greenwich is now enrolling students for the 2026–2027 academic year at the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Preschool Center, a nationally recognized early childhood education program serving children ages 15 months to 5 years old. Licensed by Connecticut’s Office of Early Childhood and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the preschool provides a nurturing and engaging learning environment designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.
