The Town of Greenwich recently completed a mandatory town-wide revaluation for the Grand List, with new property values to be reflected on tax bills as of July 1, 2026.
This Zoom conversation is an opportunity to learn more about the Assessor’s department and Board of Estimate and Taxation that oversaw this revaluation, why and how the revaluation was done, what it means for your next tax bill, the appeals process, and available tax relief programs.
