RTM District 9 is hosting a meeting on 8-30g project issues (including 200 Pemberwick/0 Comly), and other new laws affecting zoning, on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Glenville Firehouse at 7:30 pm.
Featured speakers will be Margarita Alban, Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission, and Patrick LaRow, Director of Planning & Zoning and Town Planner.
According to District 9, the hope is to provide residents with information on responding to, and opposing or forcing developers to improve these projects. All are welcome to attend and ask questions.
