Aux Delices, the cherished gourmet food shop founded and run by husband-and-wife chefs Debra Ponzek and Greg Addonizio, announces its 30th anniversary.
For three decades, Aux Delices has provided Greenwich and surrounding communities with chef-crafted prepared foods, fresh baked goods, home delivery and full-service catering, all grounded in a commitment to quality, flavor and connection.
What began in 1995 as a single shop in Greenwich has grown into a multi-location presence with locations in Greenwich, Riverside, Darien and Westport.

Known for gourmet takeout food, warm neighborhood vibe and reliable delivery, Aux Delices has held fast to the founders’ mission of making restaurant-level food accessible for everyday life.
“From the very beginning, our goal was to make it easy for people to bring home food that is both delicious and thoughtfully prepared,” said Chef Debra Ponzek, a James Beard Award winner and co-founder. “Thirty years later, we are still inspired every day by our customers and the community that has supported us from the start.”
Over the years, Aux Delices has woven itself into the fabric of Greenwich life, supporting schools, local nonprofits and community celebrations.
The role of Aux Delices has extended beyond food to becoming a gathering place, a trusted catering partner and a source of treats for life milestones.
“We are deeply grateful for the friendships and partnerships we have built,” said Chef Addonizio. “Aux Delices has always been about more than food – it is about connection, celebration, and making everyday moments special.”
To honor their anniversary milestone, Aux Delices will host a series of anniversary events throughout 2026, including special menu features, in-store celebrations and community outreach. The couple would love to hear about their customers’ favorite memories from the past 30 years.
