Justin Edward Meerbergan, 38, of 55 Highview Rd in Stamford was arrested for an incident stemming back to the night of Dec. 16, 2015 on Richmond Drive in Old Greenwich.
Mr. Meerbergan was arrested at the Shell Station at 1429 East Putnam Ave where Greenwich Police recognized him. He was charged pursuant to an active warrant by Greenwich Police for Violating a Restraining Order.
He was held on $50,000 bond , which he was unable to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Wednesday, Feb 24, 2016.
