On July 14, the Greenwich Police investigated a complaint that Justin Thomas Gasso, 35, of 77 Josephine Evaristo Ave in Greenwich had threatened the life of another subject at Josephine Evaristo Ave.
The investigation determined that probable cause existed to substantiate the complaint and placed Gasso under arrest.
The accused was processed for the above charges and held in police custody pending arraignment on July 15 in Stamford Superior Court. Gasso’s bond was set at $50,000
