Loud Fight in Chickahominy Results in Teen’s Arrest

On July 12 Greenwich Police responded to Melrose Ave in Chickahominy on the report of a loud altercation between a male and female in the street at about 9:00pm.

Upon arrival, Officers determined that Angelo A. Lobo, 19, of Arctic St, Greenwich, initiated a verbal argument with a juvenile female that escalated into a loud, disruptive altercation.

According to Police, Lobo displayed violent, belligerent behavior during the argument that caused the female to become fearful him and attempt to walk away from him. Lobo continued to provoke further confrontation with the female, cursing and yelling at her, and forcefully kicking a vinyl fence lining the street twice causing damage to it. He was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief,

Lobo was assigned a court date of July 13 in Stamford Superior Court. He was released from Greenwich Police custody after posting a $200 cash bond.
