Greenwich Man Charged Following Disorderly Incident at McDonald’s

Paul Antho Macal, 23, of 124 Halstead Ave in Greenwich was arrested after police determine he had acted disorderly in McDonald’s on East Putnam Avenue on July 1 at 12:07am.

According to Greenwich Police, upon arrival officers observed the victim holding their cheek and describing pain.

They also observed the victim’s shirt was soaking wet.

The victim said that Mr. Macal was in the car when an argument started, and that when they pulled into McDonald’s, Macal threw a cup of soda and smacked the victim across the left cheek.

Macal was arrested, charged with Disorderly Conduct, and later released on $1,000 bond. He was assigned a date in court on July 3, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court.
