Greenwich Association of Realtors Announces July 2016 Stats
The Greenwich Association of Realtors shares statistics for home sales in Greenwich for the month of July 2016. There were 69 single-family residential closings reported during July, whereas in July 2015 there were 72 closings.
The median sale price for a single-family home increased to $1,950,000 from $1,812,500 the median sales price in July 2015. Continue Reading →
