Chowdafest was held outside on Sunday, with a clear view from Calf Pasture Beach of the Norwalk Islands. Thousands turned out to sample chowder from 30 restaurants and cast votes on their favorites. Primary Restaurant, located at 409 Greenwich Avenue has closed. But, as if its existence is slowly being erased, on Friday, the restaurant’s telephone number still has a recording detailing their hours of opening.
