P&Z Watch: Iconic Bank Preserved in Perpetuity; 12 Condos Approved at 240 Greenwich Ave

The Greenwich Planning & Zoning commission approved a 37,259 square foot, 3-story building with 12 dwelling units, each having four bedrooms behind the historic bank structure at 240 Greenwich Ave. There will be three floors of residential units and a roof deck over a 2-level parking garage for 49 parking spaces and EV chargers.
